Return and Exchange Policy
As a wholesale supplier, we kindly ask that customers please note we do not accept returns and exchange for change of mind. However, if there is an issue with any items received, such as a fault or defect, we are more than happy to assist.

Faulty Items If you happen to receive an item that is faulty, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly offer one of the following options:
1. Replacement
We can arrange for a replacement to be included with your next order.

2. Website Credit
We can provide a credit code for the value of the faulty item, which you can use toward a future purchase.

3. Refund
Should you prefer, we can process a refund to your bank account for the faulty item.

​To ensure a smooth process, we may request a photo or additional details regarding the fault. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
