We aim to get your order shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne as swiftly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery process:

Order Processing once your order is placed, we typically prepare it for dispatch within 1-2 business days. Please note, during busy periods, processing times may extend slightly due to high order volumes, but we'll always work hard to minimize any delays.

Shipping Methods

 

1. Standard Delivery
For orders over $300+gst within Australia, shipping is complimentary. For purchases under $300+gst, a shipping fee of $12+gst applies.

2. Express Delivery
You can select express delivery  to speed up your shipping time.
For orders over $300+gst within Australia, shipping is $8+gst. For purchases under $300+gst, a shipping fee of $17+gst applies.

3. International Delivery
We offer international shipping to New Zealand at a flat rate of $26. Any duties or taxes at the destination are the customer's responsibility.

4. Pick-Up Option
You can select to collect your items from Collingwood Melbourne at no extra cost. For more details, please see Pick-Up.

Tracking Your Order 
After your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to check the delivery status via the Australia Post website.
